Supply Chain Operations

I help consumer brands get product from the factory to the shelf, and keep it evolving once it’s there. Most of my work is behind the scenes: purchase orders, warehouse partners, retailer requirements, and the month-end numbers that tie it all together. I don’t just hand over recommendations. I do the work, day to day, as part of your team.

Retail launches

Moving into retail comes with a long list of requirements. I handle retailer onboarding, documentation, test orders, and EDI setup, and I work with your warehouse on packing and labeling so your first shipments go out right.

Month-end reporting

I close out each month with inventory, sales, and cash reporting, working alongside your accountant or finance team.

Day-to-day operations

I manage the routine work: retail and wholesale purchase orders, coordination with your 3PL, and inventory tracking across channels.

Projects

I also take on larger one-off projects: finding the right 3PL or co-manufacturer, setting up systems, or supporting product development.
